Can We Talk Politics and Still Be Friends?

Do you find it difficult to talk politics with friends who look at the world very differently than you? Although it can be challenging, it is certainly possible to care for those who disagree with you. Our ministry interviewed two former state legislators (a Republican and a Democrat) — Amanda Price and David Rutledge — to hear their thoughts on politics and friendship. Check out our video below to learn about their shared commitment to civility and mutual respect and how it allowed them to productively work across the aisle. They also address how to disagree with grace and charity.
