From the book, Letters to God, written by children.

Listen for some wisdom about how to communicate with God.  Listen to the children:

Dear God, I know you are supposed to love your neighbor, but if Mark keeps taking my other skate, he’s going to get it.  Kevin

Dear God, I am sending you a penny to give a kid poorer than me.  Donna

Dear God, the people in the next apartment fight really loud all the time.  You should only let very good friends get married.  Nan

Dear God, please send Dennis to a different camp this year.  Peter

Dear God, I am doing the best I can.  Frank

Dear God, yesterday I had pizza for lunch and spaghetti with meat balls for dinner.  What did you have?  Anne Marie

Dear God, is Mother Nature in your family?  Linda

Dear God, who draws the lines around the countries?  Nan

Dear God, what are colds for?  Max

Dear God, my teacher says the days get shorter and then they get longer.  Can’t you decide?  Mindy

Dear God, did you think up hugging?  Hugging is a very good thing.  Brenda

What did you learn from these children?
